They originally obtained the domain from a Delhi-based developer to support his educational endeavors.

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) sanctioned the merger between Reliance Industries and Disney Star in August, marking a substantial $8.5 billion transaction, one of the largest in India’s media and entertainment sector. The merger, anticipated to conclude in the third quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year, will see Reliance holding a majority stake of 60% (16% directly and 47% via Viacom18), while Disney will retain 37%.
